2026 Heroes of Fort Bend Hope Gala

HEROES of Fort Bend Hope Gala will feature distinguished Keynote Speaker, Geoff Blum. Blum is a former Major League Baseball player and World Series champion. Today, he serves as a television analyst, bringing insight, energy, and a passion for the game to fans across Houston.

We are honored to welcome back Mario Diaz as our Master of Ceremonies. Diaz is an award-winning investigative reporter with KPRC Channel 2, known for his dedication to our community.

This inspiring and impactful evening will include dinner, silent auction, wine and whiskey pull, and a crowd favorite “Heads or Tails” game, ultimately supporting the empowerment of families through education.

Fort Bend Hope serves both children and adults through tutoring, English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, GED preparation, citizenship classes, and more, offered five days a week.

We firmly believe that education is the key to breaking the cycle of generational poverty. Through programs like these, we help individuals build confidence, expand economic opportunities, and improve their quality of life.
